The program of excursion
Observe Moscow form unique open air top at the highest skyscraper in Europe! This sky deck is absolutely safe and comfy and has a 360 degree view. It is equipped with monoculars, photobooth and telescope. It is your chance to take great pictures from Moscow and descry all sights in the distance!

In windy and rainy days visitors are provided with warm wraps and raincoats for free. Also you can use your own camera for free.
